Can we just come in and play?	Yes! Individuals and families are always welcome to come in and play! All games use our play card, which can be purchased from one of our self-service teller machines which accept cash or credit cards. (We have an ATM on-site, too.) We even have pizza and play packages available for one low price on pizza, drinks and game credit.
What is the difference between a “group” and a party?	The group pricing is for group events with 15 or more kids (i.e., schools, daycares, churches, youth sports teams, scouts) that want to reserve a time with unlimited video game play during the week (Monday-Friday). Party packages are available evenings and weekends and include extras like reserved tables, balloons and place settings.
Do I need a reservation?	Reservations are required, as space is limited. In order to provide the best possible service to every birthday party, we only begin one party at a time. Parties are available Saturday and Sunday at the top of each hour, from 11:00am to 6:00pm, and Monday through Friday any time until 6:30 pm.
How early should I make a reservation?	We suggest making your reservation as early as possible. It is not uncommon for parties to be reserved more than a month ahead of time. Hesitation may cost you the date or time you really want.
How do I make a reservation?	Please call Treasure Island Fun Center at 727-391-9105 between the hours of 10:30am and 9:00pm, seven days a week.
Is there a deposit required?	A $50 non-refundable deposit is required to reserve any party.
How do I change the time or date of my party?	Dates and times are subject to availability. Please call 727-391-9105 at least 7 days in advance of your scheduled date and we will attempt to reschedule your party for a suitable date and time. If no suitable date or time is available, we will issue a certificate good toward any party for up to one year.
What if I need to cancel my party?	Please call 727-391-9105. For parties cancelled at least 7 days in advance, a certificate in the amount of the deposit will be issued, good toward any party package for up to one year. For parties cancelled fewer than 7 days in advance, no refund or certificate will be issued.
I’m not sure which package I want, can I still make a reservation?	Yes! The most important thing is getting your date and time reserved. We’ll confirm your package and the number of guests as the date of your party approaches.
Do I have to pay for the adults?	You will be charged for the number of guests given a play card – usually just the children – with a minimum of ten. Many times, parents will drop their (older) children off and come back to pick them up after the party. Parents who stay are welcome to relax at the tables or play games with their child on his or her card.
Can I have a party with fewer than ten children?	Yes. Package prices include the first 10 guests. You will be charged for the package minimum, but you can always let a parent use an extra play card.
What if I have more than one birthday child?	We are able to accommodate parties with more than one birthday child. You will be charged the regular package price plus $4.00 for the additional birthday child to receive the 500 prize points. We can even set your tables with two different color table cloths and place settings, so each child feels he or she has their own distinct party!
Do I have to feed the adults who stay?	This is a tough one, and ultimately your decision. If your party will take place over a normal lunch or dinner time, we strongly suggest having food available. To this end, we do offer a discounted price on pizzas, chicken wing platters and nugget platters with any party package.
I don’t have a reservation. Can I still have my party at the Treasure Island Fun Center?	Although party packages and their reserved tables are only available with a reservation, we do have open seating tables available on a first come, first served basis. You are welcome to bring in your birthday cake, order Pegleg’s Pizza, purchase play cards and party away! We recommend coming in as early in the day (we open at 11:00am) or as late in the evening as possible for the best chance at securing a table. And don’t forget, you always get $5 FREE play credit with a $20 play credit purchase!
Can I bring my own food?	We know how personal your child’s birthday cake is – and we love to see how creative they can be! You may bring your birthday cake and ice cream (we’ll happily store it until you are ready for it), but no other outside food or drink is allowed. Check out our discounted pizza prices and nugget platters available only with reserved party packages.
